O God I felt so ill today. I had to miss school. Gah!

Sick

Weighing you down
Forcing a frown
You want to crawl back to bed
And rest your weary head

You can't yet
Things aren't set
Gurgles in your tummy
God you feel crummy

Rush to the bathroom
Feeling the gloom
Here comes the purge
You can't fight the urge

Picking up your weary feet
The illness is incomplete
Too much weight upon your back
Once again you're about to crack

Lying in bed
All feeling shed
You just want to sleep
But you can't, and you weep

You're so tired
Over what has transpired
But you can't close your eyes
It'll lead to your demise

The stress building
You're hanging on by a string
You shouldn't have missed today
So much work to do when you're done with your stay

Rest finally falls
Inside these torturous walls
For a moment, relief
Before your awakening brings grief.

Poor Baby. You have written it out just the way it is. All this while you are sick. That is amazing. Take care and hope you feel better soon. xx
