A peaceful poem.
Caressing my soft cheek
The splendid alpine air
Holds itself too meek
Picking up the ivory snow
Rubbing it in my palm
What could be more beautiful?
Here I am calm
The serene mountain beauty
Filling me with peace
The raging ocean has been pacified
All my struggles have ceased
I see the ice-capped mountains
Towering over the valley with delight
Smiling down in protection
Guarding the weak at night
The forest green so beautiful
Rich color so deep
Sweet scents floating toward my nose
Into my soul they seep
Laying about on the ground
By myself, all alone
I never want to leave
The seeds of my being have been sown.

Doing Justice
A cool mountain breezeCaressing my soft cheek
The splendid alpine air
Holds itself too meek
Picking up the ivory snow
Rubbing it in my palm
What could be more beautiful?
Here I am calm
The serene mountain beauty
Filling me with peace
The raging ocean has been pacified
All my struggles have ceased

Smiling down in protection
Guarding the weak at night
The forest green so beautiful
Rich color so deep
Sweet scents floating toward my nose
