Be Back
An ocean streamingdown my face.
The day I leave..
It will be the worst.
I know not if I'm coming back,
will I ever see you again..
Normally, I would let fate decide
But it's hard to let it now.
I remember
The happiness,
as sweet as sugar and honey.
The anger,
as harsh and painful as metal
sticking through a limb.
As the tree of life,
you were to me.
I hope I was
to you too.
We were the best
of friends,
until the end.
But it came too quickly.
Like a sunset,
bright and shiny,
gold and renewed
I found it wasn't so.
We're the best of friends still,
like we'll always be.
But still..
Like on the future day of doom.
An ocean wanted to stream
down my face.
The day I left..
It was the worst.
But I'll soon be back.
And happiness will continue.
