crimson enthivo

they dont even notice
no one really sees
the pretend the scars aren't there
but they're everywhere on me

if they just took a look
saw what was inside
they would see these scars run deep
and now they show on the outside

but i cover them up
i put them away
i keep them hidden in my heart
because i want them to stay

so go on believing
seeing what you want to see
because i know the truth
this is my reality
