Home Away
Would take such a twist,
A twist, that never twists.
I didn't know my mother
Would be so harsh to me,
That she in no way ever calls me a son.
I didn't know, that door
Would get so jammed,
That it wouldn't open
Even after many decades.
I didn't know that fate
Would at all times be at that devil's side.
And always strives to push me aside.
I didn't know that a truthful struggle
Keeps on struggling
Until there is a struggle in itself.
But at last I found
The tinge of life
Even at the cavern
There is a ray of light
And that is with what
You and I stay alive.
