(Acrostic Verse Challenge)
not once, nor twice, but thrice.
"Catharsis! Purge me! Catharsis!"
And all layers were unveiled
To reveal the molten terror
Hidden beneath the surface,
Absorbing the unwary traveler
Reaching out a helping hand.
Silencing the primal rage
Infecting the inner being,
So that all that remains
are the scattered pieces
of my catharsis.

Catharsis
As I fell, I shrieked the wordnot once, nor twice, but thrice.
"Catharsis! Purge me! Catharsis!"
And all layers were unveiled
To reveal the molten terror
Hidden beneath the surface,
Absorbing the unwary traveler
Reaching out a helping hand.
Silencing the primal rage
Infecting the inner being,
So that all that remains
are the scattered pieces
of my catharsis.
