My Tribute to Chinese Love Poetry...
From the book, 'My Secret Heart', by Samishii Suzume...
He forgets, his need for bread,
When the sorrowful and lonely behold you
They, forget their dread,
When the depressed and forlorn glimps you
Moving like a song,
All misery vanishes instantly
All care and sadness--gone,
When a rider beholds you at dusk
He stops his horse, mid-stride,
He feels as if the rays of a new born Sun
Have struck him in the eyes,
How magnificent you are
A woman, of such true grace and ease,
As refreshing as a waterfall
And yet, as calming,
As,
a living..
breeze...
