A Baby Boy is Born!

Baby Boy For Donna:

Those tiny perfect leaf-shaped hands
clenched in a pink fist,
Those large blue and clear eyes,
stare not yet fixed,
That vacant absorbed-in-itself
far away look,
The lusty cries of huger in the
middle of night,
Impatient to grab your breast
and suckle outright,
the sighs of satisfaction that follow-
both yours and his-
The snuggling in close to you
of the tiny ball of warmth,
Is going to keep you occupied,
Dear mother, for long...

Congratulations dear Donna on the arrival of a bony baby boy!
