CREEPS

Creeps crawling underneath,
inside my arms, ants and beetles.
Creepy-crawlies grinding teeth.
Feels like pins and needles.

Somatic tensions lurking.
The restless notion of anxiety.
Pills and meditation not working.
Too much of this stressful society.

I try to relax but the creeps won't go.
I guess they like it inside.
They crawl through my skin. Oh no,
I have nowhere to hide.

Creeps crawling underneath,
inside my arms, ants and beetles.
Creepy-crawlies grinding teeth.
Feels like pins and needles.
