If and only if
If tears be shed by my eyes but not o' loneliness,If some sloppiness be decipher'd within my utterance o' love,
Or stars deem at the mere hint o' my name;
If my tongue maddens the ocean and nature,
If my dreams prompt the sun to shine un-timely,
Or the orderliness of the universe seems unfashionable;
If birds sing no more,
Or flowers prove my touch deadly,
Then I love you not!
