When Love...

When love finally walked through the door
I was mesmerized by his lure
When love spoke his first words
They were the most beautiful I'd ever heard
When love caressed my skin
I thought, please, please don't end
When love kissed my lips
I gently traced his fingertips
When love carried me away
I drifted in his arms forever to stay

Oh Love never leave for I, in my desire, cleave
to all that it is you and the things that you say and do
Cause me to love as I never knew was possible.

Love is such a precious gift Kathy, we humans are sorry in our gladness in worrying about it leaving us. Real love is equally matched love and no need to worry until the time is necessary to part and even then, they never leave your heart or mind. Just enjoy is my advice and I took it.
