A Love Forbidden

once I had a forbidden love in a land so long ago
in a beautiful kingdom where gardens grow up to the skies
she was lovelier than any flower~ dreams blossomed in her eyes
I loved her more than life itself, more than anyone shall ever know,
when she smiled the heavens opened like a rose in bloom
her laughter was light as the stars dancing lights celestial room,
so fair and lovely was her face no one could ever take her place
she was a princess with skin like snow in a land so long ago,
I sought her hand, I sought her bed while battling armies ringed the globe
they stained the ground in scarlet red, I kissed her lips, she slipped her robes
off they fell in slippry silks, my heart was beating lightning swift
the world was spinning off track wild, her kiss was sweet as honey mild,
once I had a forbidden love in a land so long ago
she was a princess with skin like snow
I loved her more than
more than anyone shall ever know,
