unsolved

stillness en masse
crochet dreams
out of time

light across your body
sheer in its armour
touching infinity

we a walk on the thin line
hurt accompanies tunes
sung in a city morning

the newspaper read and noted
milk at the front door
heaven a walk away

our hearts still an enigma
unsolved as we turn the page

I love this piece. I thought that you wrote it really well, yet I did wonder about the second line. Did you leave a t out of croched or do I not know the word?

I tend to think of realism and romantic beauty as more or less opposed; here, as if by magic, you cast the spell of romance using words profoundly realistic. Bravo!
