Promised Land
There is a place so distant but close to the heart reachGoing through the centuries it has never been achieved
Cries for freedom are haunting the human kind
Disturbed by vengeance throughout the timeline
The land of harmony inside our soul core
A desire to reach this destination is not same as before
Setbacks from the wars we've fought have set us out of range
If our hopes are shared in common we are sure to make a change
We all share the dreams yet too far to hold the hands
With those who act so commonly in the greater plan
To restore our world with light and hope to see
The miles won't count as we reach our souls in unity
Promised land, I see the plains before me
And try to understand how this darkness could be
Let the promise expand with love to the hearts that shadow devoured
So they can be free
In a new world of everlasting hope and peace
