Don't we all love summer in a garden?
And what, perhaps, can I do for you?
What a glorious day, a happy event-
Misery, sadness, we can circumvent!
Flowers of purple, flowers of red,
Wanting some joy? You will be fed!
Blustery breeze, mixed with summery taste
Finds its' way with endless haste
Yellow flow'r, open your eyes!
You shall see a season surprise!
Elegant, graceful, lavender iris
Saying quite clearly, "Please admire us!"
Exultant bursts of crimson geraniums
Emerged from its' curled green craniums
Two bumblebees
Fight over peas
And race all around in the leaves
A palate of hues, a myriad of shades
Dancing around in parades!

Exultant Season Surprise
Howdee, hello, how do you do?And what, perhaps, can I do for you?
What a glorious day, a happy event-
Misery, sadness, we can circumvent!

Blustery breeze, mixed with summery taste
