Inspirered by the christian "book of revelations", nothing cristhian is anywhere near a revelation in my point of view but sometimes you get inspirered by the most peculiar things.
He walked as if in a hazardous sway, and his cloaked armour was a wanted burden and it had despair inscribed in its every plate
His was neither rest nor reprieve, his face was concealed in chains
His approach made the sun-god desert the suns' reins
Suddenly his great maul fell clanging to the ground
A silent watcher captivated him
"Who are you?" , he asked, and devils maimed his voices' sound
The dust of a crumbling civilisation shrouded her answer, already distant and dim
When the storm of nothingness had in this moment died down, he heard the silent one weep
She whispered to him, through oblivion and void, "I, the Beholder, am cursed with the gift to forever see, and I see that through your efforts to remain what and who you are, it will be the fruits of Death and alienation that you will reap

Illustrations from a tome of Chaos
I looked, and I saw a knight treading the river of fateHe walked as if in a hazardous sway, and his cloaked armour was a wanted burden and it had despair inscribed in its every plate
His was neither rest nor reprieve, his face was concealed in chains
His approach made the sun-god desert the suns' reins
Suddenly his great maul fell clanging to the ground
