this is about a man informing me that it is possible to heal yourself i just have to learn how in my own mind. I write alot about the power of the human mind becuase it is what we are. its our poetry or lives. THank u god for giving us the brain.

Mending Wounds Like Cartoons

A tall dark and dreary man

aproached me recited politly,

"Mend, mend, mend your own wounds

Tend, tend, tend to your own wounds

fix, fix, fix up your own wounds

leaps, leaps, leaps and bounds

listen to the sound of sounds

Were all in-tune cartoons

We can all heal our own wounds"

THIS IS GOOD!
Saying that great philosophic stuff with so much ease and in a playful nursery rhyme manner, is what makes it charming, very very charming indeed!
Thanks Cory for sharing that...
Must read more of your work...!

Strangely different yet enjoyable, the concept of the body to heal itself is very old and has its history in many cultures keep at it.
