A Native American story with great inspiration. 20th May 2007.
-Waziyata - North.
-Itokagata - South.
- Pejuta - Medicine.
The winds we face to the north are great
and above the name Waziyata we pray.
Pejuta sage carry me,
For I scrape along my knees,
Smudge me for I have sin,
The great spirit -
Wakan Tanka, I believe in.
Ashes have burned
and I have buried,
And soon I will learn
that a world isn't hurried.
To Grandmother moon,
The winds we face to the south are great
and above the name Itokagata we pray.
