For those dealing with any kind of problem that keeps coming back or problems and illnesses that have uncertain outcomes

The Lord Only Knows

It's me again Lord, standing here needing prayer
It's me again Lord, the one who's always needing care
It's me again Lord, I'm way over here and you're way over there
It's me again Lord, where are you, Oh tell me where

It's me again Child, I know you need my grace
It's me again Child, slow down we're not in a race
It's me again Child, I'm in my rightful place
It's me again Child. I'm so near I can touch your face

Oh Lord, I'm frightened now, my head just keeps spinning
Oh Lord, I'm frightened now, the pain is just beginning
Oh Lord, I'm frightened now, they tell me there'll be no winning
Oh Lord, I'm frightened now, this problem has no good ending

My Child, only I know, what the future will be
My Child, only I know, you will handle it with me
My Child, only I know, the truth will set you free
My Child, only I know, you,ll have life eternally

Kathy Lockhart
in our times of fear we often feel so alone and we cry out for our father who is there with us holding us close and knowing our every need even before we know it ourselves. This is a beautifully written prayerful poem that expresses so well the relationship between our Heavenly Father and his children.
