AUTUMN LOVE
Autumn cold is on it's way,
a chillin' breeze with rusty leaves.
And with it comes a sense of loss,
some obstructions to get across.
I know you shiver of future fear,
of things that are still to come.
A massive wall is in your way,
shadowing the light of day.
Yet rest assure, I'll tear it down.
Brick by brick, stone by stone.
Eventually there will be none.
Two are stronger than one.
From autumn cold I'll keep you warm.
A safe embrace, a sweet exhale.
It doesn't matter if we fail.
Our love will prevail.
