Fanciful~
leaves of green trembling
like liquid jewels bathed in light
forming swirling arbors wreathing
mists rose and amber gardens
clasp'd me unto their fanciful embrace,
clothed in rings of pale moonglow
wet with rain your naked shining fairy cloak
sewn with violets soaking in the night
still the silence woven through with sighs
elegant fingers signalling for stars to ignite,
other suns other worlds were just candle-tipped flame
they lit a stage a passing whisper of leaves soon spent
in passions strange to feel of wonders so consequent
it felt as though
in lights so low
transparent spheres as high as bubbles became
a place to be for now we fall
for you and me are afterall,
but breaths of dreams resembling
leaves of green are trembling
like liquid jewels bathed in light
a beautiful vision wore your face
forming swirling arbors breathing
mists rose and amber gardens
clasp'd me unto your fanciful embrace~
