The Colors of Love
When you find love and love finds you
Colors become much more than hue
Red becomes a kiss upon eager lips
Brown the warmth of touching finger tips
Yellow's the fragrance of a sunny day
Green is the softness of new mown hay
Black is the sound of crickets in the night
Blue is the taste of spring water delight
Purple the vision of hearts entwined
Orange the setting of the sun defined
Pink belongs to baby's soft breath
White is the music of unclaimed death
When you find love and love is true
That's when the rainbow's life is you
