Truth and integrity

Shallow people living shallow lives
Shallow comments
And shadowed reflections
forget the words
Hear the inflection

Peace and Hope
Lies all Lies!
Suicidal youth in suicidal schools
Deep, real pain
Ignored again

Learn from your mistakes
Lies all Lies!
We kill our brothers in black
We kill our brothers in white
We kill our sisters of love
We kill our sisters on sight

Sorrow and Hate
Lies all Lies!
Look at the whole
use no microscope
Our world is broken
But we are still happy

That my friends
is human
Our world is broken
We may still mend
We are still human
