Always Been (The Rain)
Reading the world in empathyI scream from a vicious pain
Getting hit by a hell of misery
The soul crumbles, I remain
Every cloud i see is filled by you
All the raindrops feel like tears
Feeling the weight on my shoulders
Why do I have to be the one?
I stand alone in the falling tears
Each drop feels like a hammer to my head
Still I stand as no one in the dark
Never seen, always been
The wrecked hearts pour over me
I never asked to feel your blood
And in that flood of murder
I stand to take the pain
Every cloud I see is filled by you
Never seen, always been
