Well writetan , Jan. Yes to find one self realiseing it our selfs we have forgotan about. Is a suden realisanan , a suden power serge. That can well be a shock to us. To learn that we must like , love understand the self. Then we can once againe smile , look in to the mirror at who and what looks back. Put our selfs furst , than we can live , like , love againe.
