Confused

It's a feeling I can't understand
It's something I can't explain
Feeling like shit
Not a word I can say.
While thoughts surround me
Lost in a world of my own
No one is around me
I'm all alone.
Trying to escape these feelings
Nothing seems to help
What ever I try and do
The truth I have to face.
