a try at concrete poetry

The Vase

 the
pottery
molded from
earthen clay so
carefully crafted by
the potter intricately
and uniquely made
purposely placed
in the kiln to fire
there in the flames
heat purges to pure
 the flaws of imperfection
and stain
ready to glaze
with grace to set
the vase
perfected
by
his
desire

such softness does this poem holds in ts words, like some thing thrown on slippery surface of mind that can not stay just there but deeper in it where it decipher the otherness..
well done Kathy ...... no doubt you're a brilliant mind.

I love the graceful way this is presented and am moved spiritually by the words. This reads almost like scripture. I am reminded of some of the beautiful psalms and can hear this read with the accompaniment of a psaltery.

me, i a big fan of concrete pooetry, i like the way this poem falls under the force of gravity upon my mind Kathy, you know i think whn people in love they shape each other and then the heat of love pures imperfections your right, i can see it clearly...
