To the tired and passionate in heart.

Does it have to be your way?

That face,
That beautiful, angry face of yours,
There are times you can say "sorry" too much or too little,
But its our feeling that keeps us staring at each other,
In love, in anger,

The night is rising and we've solved nothing,
With our tactics of war,
All that is left is "please",
Please don't leave,
Please don't look that way,
Please, let's meet half-way,

I can't find the words,
And you can't find the time,
As we lay here so humble,
I don't want to know "who's wrong" anymore,
I can barely bear with "being right",

Where is the moondance?,
A glitter in the sky?,
Just enough to grasp,
And make a truce,
There is a need for us tonight,
And with this glitter,
May it warm up even the hardest of stone,

So here we are,
Unwilling to compromise,
But we know what is at stake,
And sometimes they're are not enough words,
To stop the beating of what rings true,
Us, we still have faith in us,
And with that,
The sun will always give a smile,
Always,

The dancer moves without a trace,

oh yes Brian this situation rings true for so many I am sure. Those times when we grow weary of the "fight" and are left mute because the blaming continues. It is in the hope, the faith that love will soothe and help mend hurting hearts.
