Written 5 minutes after deep down, i'm not because that poem had made me feel better. Great metaphor re:negativity.
It's weight is no longer a burden,
I am running atop of the boulder,
Instead of being run over by -
and left squashed, and hurting.
My feet are firmly grounded,
At my centre, i'm so focused and calm,
No longer letting myself get hounded,
because negativity is now a captured black ball in my palm.
Today, I am soo happy,
why let the little things botter me?
At other people i'm not sad and snappy,
for I really like the mirrored person I see.
