Sparks
The in between moments,of unuttered words
that fall and stutter
and the imperceptible
inhalation that expands
our longing lungs
In between us,
buried between us,
nestled in the sheets,
the binding ones
the ones that tie us.
Then the sparks
from meteor strikes,
emblazoned in skies
yours and mine
I see stars,
they sparkle
in your eyes.
