Must we lie?^

I tell lies when I fear
Of what others will think.
I tell lies when I fear
Of what will be found out.
Every time we tell lies
We strengthen the things
About which we fear.
Must we lie?

A question of great debate. But ultimately, "no" I think is the answer. I think you are so right in saying we make the thing stronger when we lie. But, we all do it. We do it to make things easier for others and for ourselves. In the long run, we end up making it harder. You've written a great poem here.

Some times , we have too tell ''white lies'' , so has not to hert some one we love , a child . When they bring home a pitcher from school , that we cant make sence of do we not say '' thats nice''. An easy word , with not much meening in it. When my father was houres a way from dieing , I talkde about the wheilchear he was waiting fore. I pland out the pubs I would take him to , geting nods and shakes at the pubs I menshand to him. I know my father would be gon before the evning became night. I '' white liede to him. Some rtimes we have to lie.

Necessity sometimes demands for it. But reality says, you have to overcome your mind set. To tell the truth is then a heroic act. So, conquer your fears and tell the fact. Great write my friend!
