nothing compares to the experience of being pregnant and giving birth

Humanity Haiku X 4

a little tear waits
at the corner of my eye
to see my babe born

a daughter arrives
I take her to my bossom
life flows from my breasts

I look upon her
a miracle I have made
through Gods perfect plan

I see her father
and love him without constraint
we have created

Kathy Lockhart
sometimes I ache to once again bring life and to nurse my new baby. There is just nothing like it in the world. My experiences in giving birth are beautiful (not the labor). And then comes the sweetest time of all--the time for relaxing and feeding the little gift in your arms.
These haikus have given me a peaceful feeling and i thank you for that.
