so personally I think 12 syllablse and 10 syllables and 11 syllables sound basically the same... also I hope we can be friends...
Will seeing you be more than I can bear?
I hope I'll not think, "God, what was it for?"
Will I fall to my knees when I walk through the door?
I hope I can work with you being there...
What will happen when I see you once more?
What will you do? I suppose you'll ignore
The feelings you had, you used to once care...
I hope I'll not think, "God, what was it for?"
Please forgive me if I of my heart pour
The love that together we one day could share
What will happen when I see you once more?
Oh please just be kind, I need nothing more
If you even once liked me, then just be fair
I hope I'll not think, "God, what was it for?"
I don't want our friendship to be a chore
But the way that you left things made my heart tear
What will happen when I see you once more?
I hope I'll not think, "God, what was it for?"

When I See You Once More
What will happen when I see you once more? Will seeing you be more than I can bear?
