A WARNING TO THE HUMAN KIND
To be honest I've been better.
Every nerve has lost it's way.
If you were to find this letter,
I've decided not to stay.
I'm not sure where it went wrong,
maybe when I lost track of time.
I couldn't catch up or come along,
it was such a steep and scary climb.
Oh, I know I made it hard,
but I tried, I really did.
I fought and played the risky card,
and placed the highest bid.
To be honest I've been better.
Every nerve has lost it's way.
If you were to find this letter,
I've moved on to a better day.
Now I warn the human kind,
you're heading in the wrong direction.
Instead of pills and thrills and mind,
you should simply trust affection.
