Serendipity
Downed severity and cloaked daybreaks
on my way to meet serendipity
a cold and flawless winter day.
Burning all bold forevers
beneath cold private skies
I cried for the children.
Bushes etched in winter nudity
exuded flittering clouds
of elusive sparrow souls.
Tears of irrevocability
iced the frozen sea
and the mighty mackerel hummed.
