Venus (you flytrap)
Marble statues dancing
Through the ancientest of glades
Luring my fancy
With thoughts as daylight fades
Wand'ring far afield I'm
Following their siren calls
Cant find a hymn nor rhyme
To drown out their soft footfalls
Gasping tripping stumbling
To escape their cold pale claws
Beautiful forms crumbling
'Round their red cavernous jaws
And now young one
The old man warned,
Beware of them who hide
Within your fun,
The old man warned
Beware of whats inside
