more daily scramble stuff (note: each segment is unrelated to the others)
mist meditates
emanates
makes my breath soft
profoundly healing
dust slowly disappears
2
feathered clouds whirling in
November gales
fogged sky turning aimlessly in
winter's pressing night
cool rain audible against the window
falling tears
falling sighs
falling rain
3
rich crimson tassels tipped with sun
weave skyward
zig-zagging in twists and pirouettes
dancing and soaring
4
cat
legs
claws and
ginger fur
leaping soft
soars without wings
5.
helpless laughter
lonely dreams
trusting friends
breathless anger
glowing love
6.
you stole my promises
leaving only knowing sounds
and stories in my mouth
tasting tart
7
*Holden*
smoking laddered questions
gather their watery ways.
where do the birds go?
the questioner,
alone,
has left.
8
solemn voices whispered stop
soft cries of forgive them
implored with pained eyes
you laughed
9
heaven crashed on a cloud
beyond the stars
the sun and moon keep each other
sane tonight
10
gulls descend freely
as sinking amber sky
slowly colors the sea
water comes soft
day ends
