I babbled.


camouflage



it's like they blend in;
they have camouflage skin wrapped in seaweed.
they wear several shades of various blues and greens.
they slowly exhale air in small breaths that escape to the surface trapped in bubbles.
they sink to the bottom and the sand fills in every wrinkle and crevice on their skin.
their porous pinkish fingers resemble coral that the fish gather around.


and it's like I'm the main enemy;
a shark with rows upon rows of teeth ready to strike and ruin their friendly gathering in only a few bites.
