It is wonderful to watch my grandchildre injoy sunny Fall days just as I did so many years ago.
I watch three of my grandchildren play
Three and Four years are the grandsons
And the little miss just turned one
Dancing beneath the dew sparkled trees
among the yellow glistening leaves
Luke, Mac and Maddie our clown
Spin round and round and fall to the ground
Up again with arms streached high
among the golden leaves a-fly
the chubbie little arms reaching out
to catch the prizes swirling about
And as the trees
do a striptease
the children's giggles
give them the wiggles
And they do the dance of Fall
spinning, jumping, laughing and all.

The Dance of Fall
Midmorning on a sunny fall dayI watch three of my grandchildren play

And the little miss just turned one
Dancing beneath the dew sparkled trees
among the yellow glistening leaves
Luke, Mac and Maddie our clown
Spin round and round and fall to the ground
Up again with arms streached high
