Where Are You?

Take away the light
Take away everything you fight for
And nothing seems okay
Where are you anyways?
To take away the pain
To make the sun come out when it rains

I fall to the floor
And it feels like I can't live anymore

You're not behind me
To catch me when I fall
You're not beside me
To hold my hand, so I will stay standing tall
You're not in front of me
To smile your perect smile
You're not anywhere
To say that your going to stick around for awhile
When will you see,
That you're everything to me?
Where are you
When I need you?

Kathy Lockhart
you expressed so clearly the sadness that comes when love is not what it appeared to be.

be aware of the usage of your and you're. I believe in a couple of places you wrote your and meant you're (contraction for you are). You might want to go back and correct those if, indeed, they are there. : ) kathy
