open me

Don't hide behind the shutters.

On a windowsill
adrift
peeping
windless
the storm came across
a subordinate clause
with keyholes around its waist

Don't sneak behind shutters:
the window glass, the pane
the pane, the glass, the square,
the square, the pane, the square

If you wish to see me
also view
my shadow
my reflection
and
enter my outline
under clean sheets

Don't lurk behind the shutters.

By the gable
at the doorframe
on a rusty nail
you'll find the key

Open me.

Ghost of Heino
This visually written candy of a poem leaves no reader untouched. Welcome, brilliant one !
