Hybernation Calls, November Pounces, A Day For Lovers

My heart feels winter
Sadness I don't understand
Hybernation calls

Dead leaves skitter by
running from the cold winds' blast
November pounces

A blue cold hovers
A white dust covers the ground
A day for lovers

well I found this one a beauty and I am glad that it wasn't hidden in hibernation not to be found. Love the nature and leaves in this piece of winter chill.

Very descriptive. A day for lovers only if they cuddle up close!

John Lambremont, Sr.
The second one is killer.

Suggest "no day for lovers" as last line of #3.
