No more kingdom.

Red roses fall
on the dirty throne
The broken crown
falls to the ground
Wind sweaps the floor
as the women cry rivers of blood
The men are all but gone
no more kingdom
Only death and despair
as the leaves fall
And winter comes
freezing the blood.

"I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life."

How about crying the waters of life?

Love this piece, more than worthy of that gold star, I commend you!

"The dirty throne." I like that, and appreciate the whole poem. Well done.
