Emotions

Emotions are with us all the time
Not leaving us at all
But some emotions
Need to be let out
Before they reach to exploding point
Otherwise that's where you do something you regret
Then you carry the emotion of guilt
For your entire life
Never forgiving yourself
Never letting anyone forgive you
For even the smallest things
Never letting go of what you did
