...a little weird. Hope you haven't lost your imagination, coz you gonna need it to understand this poem. :)

The art of hideandseeksmiles

Come out come out
wherever you are
"say cheese..."

That's how we play it, you and I
running bounding
naked
on the streets
we're bending lips
curving, winding- wonderful wonderful smiles!

We play the hide and seek game
on the streets with all the people
foolish foolish

a baby crying in his mother's arms
a bored gloomylooking man on his way to work
an old lady with nothing but her memories left
Waky waky, smily smily!
(You know,
we still believe in father christmas?)

We throw water all around us
there's a big pool in the centre where
all all the unhappy animals gather
and so we jump, we dive, we splash
-and look at all the smiles

No place is too dark or too cold
for my silversmile and yours of gold
this is a story about two people

and a really unhappy world
(why so cold and dark and frozen
Have you seen the world?
it's a perfect smily!!
It just needs two eyes
and a really big happy mouth)

and a neverending story
from a child's Neverland
