Inside the eyes of the beholder ◕‿◕

We expect from the artists to perform as flawless as the presented embodiment of their inner creative vision and force; that is somehow in accord with our spiritual nature – our truth, our reality -  if the artist fails to flawlessly repeat the manifestation of their creation (in attune to the original creation that we have created an emotional, intellectual attachment with) we consider that the artist has lost his/her touch.

Wash out artists – the horrific example – of what we might become when we don’t listen to our heart, when we allow destructive thought patterns to diddle with our inner glowing core.

An artist doesn’t equals to perfection. An artist is the symbol , personification ,of the inner struggle. The struggle to be in harmony with our inner world. To be able to manifest the reality of our being, - despite the harmful interference of the circumstances and jarringly miscomprehended teachings of the past.

I've read this a few times now, along with your other text and I read different meanings each time - I thought about how we can so often just squander our talents - but as someone who likes to think she is creative, I get so frustrated when I know what I am trying to create is not working - it hurts - although very kind people do say that I am hard on myself - I disagree, in your heart, you always know :-) Only my interpretation on this and probably not right

I've been reading Dorothea Brande for most of the day. She expresses very similar thoughts to these. Thank You for sharing yours. Couldn't get the link by the way, but your words have much meaning regardless.

Ummm... can I copy/paste the smiley? Too late, I already have. ◕‿◕
