10 second Challenge

in 10 seconds you can fall
rise calling, foul words,
eat a strawberry
pick a weed,
plant a seed
of doubt in your mind.
You can do so much
in just 10 seconds,
it may take longer
to give birth
or even to die
but it takes less
that 10 seconds
for someone to lie.
