Don't we all suffer from temptations

Pick me up and eat me

Your eyes are salivating with lust
How juicy i look, pluck me up
Licking lips anxiously eyes darting
Coast is clear, all alone now
Pick me up and eat me
Whats a little weight anyway!

Your fingers are burning with longing
If fruit you would bite me
long have you yearned in desire
Live today, tomorrow fend for itself
Pick me up and eat me
Whats a little disease anyway!

Your soul burdening with greed
If toy you would grab me
A simple plan being what you need
A little today, never get caught
Pick me up and eat me
Whats a little crime anyway!

Your throat parched with thirst
If flower you would sniff me
A little cash will do the trick
One time, no one will know
Pick me up and eat me
Whats a little addiction anyway!

...I could visualize the pictures behind the words, so vivid, so intense, so indulging, so immensely captivating and, and...i could pick you up and eat you, then perhaps i'd be able to write an inspiring piece such as this...

There are so many layers of meaning to this...your skill amazes me!
On the suface of it seems to be humourouse sort of a piece, but as you proced it grips you and slowly the truth dawn upon you.
My dear Kat (though spelt with 'k'), you a discovery...a precious piece of jewel that was hidden away somewhere far away in the cyber space... I welcome you again on these lively shores of the bay with all you'fire' and 'juice'...

(((((((((hugs))))))))

Love, xxx, Zoya
