A Mental Blockage
There's a group of individuals that everyone abhors
It's the thoughtless knot of people who stand around in doors
They hang about there chatting without a thought for you
While you stand there ever wondering "Are they going to let me through?"
It's similar in supermarkets when they greet their friends with smiles
While their piled up shopping trolleys are blocking up the aisles
And if I say "Excuse me" or "May I pass you please"
They stare with the opinion that you've just crawled out of cheese
So please don't block my passage my need to pass is dire
I don't want to be a cinder with the bloody place on fire
And if you don't move on soon I'm afraid I'll have to say
"Why don't you heedless people get out of the blooming way"
Do you think they'll still be yakking while everybody waits?
When they bore the pants off Peter outside the Pearly Gates.
