Find Out Of My Deluted Mind

Memories collide with time
Images just scrape the surface
of my
my deluted mind

Give me a light
my spine is crystalized
and there's a fear in my eyes
-I'm not feeling fine

Pollute the thoughts it find
Formal patterns melt inside
in my
my deluted mind

Give me a light
my spine is crystalized
and there's a fear in my eyes
Give me a sign
Give me some peace inside
Help me find
out of my
my deluted mind
-I'm not feeling fine

Dear respected commentator. It is, I would suggest, a highly deluded state you must be in to offer such advice as "Just see only the brighter side". The rest of that stanza has merit, and your intentions are indeed heard as kind, but one must not become too lost in this idea that life can be only bliss, for it is through this imbalanced perception that the first causes of confusion occur.

Tobias; apologies, I know I shouldn't be commentating on the commentary. All the same; yours is a fine poem, as are many of your deeply probing texts. The first two lines of your third stanza give the story its best representation in my eyes. We are victims of social disorder, of the sad state of the human condition. May you receive, through this complexity, the light and the internal peace you have asked for.

Dear respected Poet,

Your poetry makes me worry
As your mind is in turmoil
If it is just sheer imagination
I will say your poem is superb

May be a psychiatric patient
Is described by you perfectly
In case you have such emotions
I must give you guts for relief

Please enjoy the fruits of life
Variety of fruits available
Just see only the brighter side
In your life mirth will flower.

Nice write, With best wishes, Thanking you, Yours truly,

M V VENKATARAMAN
